Pizza infinity

Hi Erin, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. First of all, we’d like to sincerely apologise for the mistake with your order. After speaking with our chef, he confirmed that a Combo AB (chicken and beef) was prepared. We acknowledge that this was our error, as you had ordered a chicken and lamb Ab but received chicken and beef instead. We’d also like to clarify that the topping shown in the photo you shared is our newly introduced premium beef chunks, not pork. We understand this caused confusion, and we’re sorry for the misunderstanding. If you were unhappy with the beef topping, we would be more than happy to provide a full refund for your AB. We also remember that you ordered extra sweet chilli sauce and a can of Coke, which is why your total came to $28. However, despite the additional items, we are happy to refund the full price of the AB as a gesture of goodwill. We genuinely value all of our customers, and we’re sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion. We hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide you with the quality food and service we’re committed to delivering. Thank you, and we hope to see you again soon.

Thanks for your kind words Um. We’re glad you had a great experience and we look forward to seeing you again soon. Cheers!
