I’ve always enjoyed PizzaExpress, especially in London, but this visit was disappointing. The food was okay, but it didn’t match the quality I’m used to in the UK. Unfortunately, the cannelloni wasn’t available, and almost half of the menu was unavailable. It seemed that there was only one staff member running the entire restaurant, yet he was incredibly friendly, professional, and did an excellent job despite being on his own. The issue clearly wasn’t the staff, but the lack of support. Overall, the restaurant felt neglected and gave the impression that it might be closing soon.
