La cocina italiana es algo que no hay que dejar de probar en esta pizzería. Pero la mayoría de los asiduos que usan Google no le otorgaron a Pizzability Sooke una nota muy alta.

Just dont bother. After waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes the pizza and wings arrived the pizza had next to no sauce it also had zero flavor the bottom was not up to par they need to use a higher tempature, the dough is nothing special its bland little ceasers has the same quality of pizza for comparison. The wings were sub par looked like all the sauce was in the bottom and the wings were thrown on top. I would have rather had cooked a grocery store pizza in a microwave. Food: 1

Hi Chris, I'm terribly sorry you were unhappy with your order! We constantly strive to make the best product possible, and clearly we dropped the ball on this one. If you're willing, it would really help us out to get a bit more info to narrow down the day, time, and team members on duty? Im also wondering if you were able to reach out to the store to express your disappointment? Pizzability will always remake an order, or do whatever we can for an unhappy customer, to make things right :)Hopefully with a bit more information, we can learn from this experience and do better next time.Thank you for taking the time to write this review.

Decided to give the 90’s menu a try but the Chicken Alfredo was very dry with dark meat instead of the usual chicken breast you’d expect. Service was not great either as when I walked back in to let them know I didn’t have my dip I was asked if I dropped it. I responded that I wasn’t given one to which she rudely waved at me and said “hello sir they are right here” despite never being told to help myself when I had already called in the order ahead of time Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Mitchell, Thanks for taking the time to write this review to help us improve the best we can. After reading your review I have looking into the chicken we have been using and have switched products. Going forward Pizzability has gone back to our original all white chicken breast. Im sorry this product had changed in the past without me being aware. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Also, I would like to apologize about the customer service you received regarding the dip. I was able to figure out who was working on this day and have sooke to them about the importance of customer service, and appreciating every single customer we have. I really hope these changes are enough for you to consider giving us another chance, and again, thank you for letting us know about these issues.
