I recently visited Pizatto on KWL Road and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Pizza Paratha with chicken, but the chicken had an extremely foul smell. I immediately complained to the chef and manager, but they denied the issue and insisted the chicken was fresh. The staff’s behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. They initially said the order would take 25 minutes, and when I requested it to be faster, one staff member even suggested canceling the order. Overall, the food quality and customer service were unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.
