I came across Pizzeria da Mauro on FB and at first sight I said to myself that I had to go there. I finally found the right opportunity, booked on the site and after a difficult choice between combinations of ingredients, one more interesting than the other - some offered with paired beer - I chose Once upon a time and... what can I say? Amazing pizza: dough of the right consistency, perfectly balanced mix of ingredients: in short, good beyond all expectations! The service is not very fast, but with the music offered by Radio Gorilla you won't get bored. The guys are also very kind. The price is more than adequate. Small but very popular pizzeria, with pizzas that are different from the norm. The pizza is very good, very good dough and quality ingredients. The service is friendly, informal and quite fast. Small criticism is the possibility of modifying a few more pizzas, we made this request but due to restaurant policy it was not possible. I would recommend it, but I also recommend booking in advance. The prices of the pizzas are on average higher than the classic pizzeria. The desserts need improvement, the tiramisu wasn't exactly the best ever, dry biscuits and not soaked in coffee.
