Thank you for coming back and giving us a second chance, and for taking the time to share your experience in detail.First, we sincerely apologize that you came into our restaurant and waited without being greeted. Regardless of what was happening behind the scenes, a customer should not be left standing at the counter wondering whether anyone is there. The fact that you noticed other customers having a similar experience is particularly concerning, and we will be addressing this with our team.We also apologize that your interaction when you returned felt cold or unhelpful. You should feel comfortable asking questions about our menu, and you certainly should not feel rushed while deciding what to order. Your feedback about the rotating digital menu is also very helpful, and we can understand how frustrating it can be when the item you are trying to read disappears from the screen.Regarding the Pizzomatic Special, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate the specific feedback about the garlic, tomatoes, preparation, portion size, and pricing. We will review these points with our kitchen team.We do want to clarify one thing: Pizzomatic is a legitimate locally operated business, so the suggestion of money laundering is obviously not accurate. We understand that it was likely written out of frustration after finding the front unattended, but we do take that kind of characterization seriously.We appreciate that you mentioned the positive experience of having your forgotten bag kept safely for you.
