Unaffordable and bad staff. Before 6 p.m., a train for a single hour costs 30 euros. After 6 p.m. even 40 euros. You also have to pay 2.50 euros per person for the rental shoes. So, 40 euros for an hour of fun, which in my experience is only enough for 1 1/2 games with 4 people. Also, if you are a group of more than 7 people, you have to buy a second ride. This is understandable, but previously the limit was set at 8 people. In my experience you play for about 2 hours and I was always there with 4 people. Which, just for playing, means a bill of 100 euros. But of course you get warm while playing and at some point you want to drink and eat something. If all 4 participants buy two drinks, the bill quickly rises to 140 euros. Furthermore, it often happened to me at least that the staff didn't serve you and you had to run to one counter yourself and if there was no one there, which was also unfortunately often the case, you had to run to the other. How come? Given the prices you should at least be served. At least the toilets are free and clean and the gaming machines are functional, and the price for playing billiards is okay. There are also no discounts for children, seniors, students, etc. In summary, I can say that I am very disappointed with the entire Planet Bowling GmbH including the employees. Too expensive, no discounts and poor service. It seems to me that the GmbH would only focus on the maximum profit rather than on the general fun and games experience. Maybe instead of only open 4 days and 40 euros per hour, open 6 days and only 20 euros per hour.
