I looked into this and want to explain we have a pick up area where we prepare orders for pickup for customers and they are not all finished and we cannot have people just grab bags … Hello mam, I understand your frustration and hear you. I looked into this and want to explain we have a pick up area where we prepare orders for pickup for customers and they are not all finished and we cannot have people just grab bags from that area and start going through them without checking with a staff member first. Some orders contain multiple bags and we cant have people touching other peoples food. I apologize that it was not done as courteously as it could have been but we have to be somewhat quick as we have had people just grab orders in the past that were incomplete or not paid for or even belonged to another customer.
