El ambiente y servicio muy bueno. La comida bastante floja, pizzas congeladas. Solo vale la pena si eres muy fan de harry potter para ir con niños. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €25–30

Es una cata de pizzas congeladas súper caras, y no hay mucho ambiente de harry potter como me esperaba. Es más bien “harry potter” de aliexpress encima te hablan en portugués por de inglés saben decir solo los números y no te hablan en ningún otro idioma. Decepción la verdad.. Dear Wizards and Witches, I write this as a fellow witch who truly adores the world of Harry Potter, with a heavy heart and a warning spell cast in good faith. Beware of the great disappointment hiding behind the name Plataforma, in Sintra. What promises magic delivers only illusion — a poor imitation, a hollow copycat with none of the enchantment. My coven of friends and I were thrilled to visit. We planned carefully, made our reservation a full month in advance, and traveled from far away, expecting butterbeer vibes and wizarding wonder. Instead, we arrived to find… nothing. No table. No record of our reservation on their own platform. And worse than that — no care at all. We were not alone in this misfortune. Three other groups stood there with the same story, the same disbelief, and the same letdown. No apologies worthy of the name, no attempt to fix the situation, no empathy — just indifference. It was shameful, honestly. A place that borrows so heavily from a world built on imagination, hospitality, and wonder should know better. This experience felt like a broken wand and a failed spell. So heed this warning: don’t fall for the trap. Save your time, your journey, and your excitement. This is one illusion that is absolutely not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
