I ordered the chicken & prawn Singapore noodle. What I recieved was a bowl of black mess - thick and gluggy soy I can presume was bulk purchased and stirred throu - the only thing I could recognise was the prawn only because of the tail. When I returned the inedible food the blonde 40yo behind the counter advised me in a patronising tone “that’s our Singapore noodle”. I looked at her face and could tell from her stupid smirk my complaint fell on deaf ears. The rest of our table did not finish their meals - mostly schnitzel which I was told was heavily crumbed and tasteless. Very disappointing with the lack of customer service and prices way above the quality of food served. My suggestion is to hire trained chefs in the kitchen and put the grill cooks back on washing dishes.
FYI. My first indication of what was to come should have been when I ordering I asked what a few of the meals were like and waitress stated she hadn’t tried any of them. As the saying goes “buyer beware”
