The place looks closed and possibly condemned both outside and in. If it had not been for the lit open sign I wouldn’t have even gotten out of my car. It took several minutes for someone to come out even though I am sure the lady in the kitchen saw me at the window iver the huge amount of boxes and junk. When the man came out to this tiny opening they are calling the pick up counter he asked me what I wanted and I told him my name as I had ordered on their app. I came at the time the app said my food would be ready only to find out they had not even seen it yet (it had been a half hour). When my food was ready the man did ask me if I wanted extra sauces or fortune cookies instead of just dumping a bunch in the bag which was nice. My food was good, the chicken was frozen but cooked up well. The owners need to seriously clean up the front or at least clean the windows. They should also do something about all the boxes and junk before the fire and health departments come around. We ordered cia DoorDash, so this review is solely based on the food. And let me say, my chicken lo-mein was fantastic! The brown sauce is extremely flavorful, the chicken wasn't rubbery, and the veggies were not overpowering. Some of the best lo-mein I've ever had. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5

It’s well known in the Highland Square community the owners of Platinum dragon(a husband and wife)will sadly not serve every minority. They will not greet you or even take your order this is not an exaggeration. I am a business professional, there is no need for such discrimination. I have experienced this alone and two separate occasions with friends who I brought along as witnesses. This is not a false cry of intolerance this is blatant discrimination. Service: 1
