We recently hired Platter House for a buffet-style catering service for a party of around 100 guests, and they truly exceeded all expectations. From the outset, their setup was professional, efficient, and completely seamless. They provided a full range of crockery along with high-quality buffet equipment, creating a well-organised and elegant presentation that really elevated the event. The food itself was exceptional—there was an impressive variety of starters, perfectly cooked rice, rich and flavourful lamb biryani, fresh naan, as well as crisp salads and a great selection of sauces that complemented everything beautifully. Every dish was served piping hot, which made a noticeable difference and was greatly appreciated by our guests. What really stood out was their service throughout the event. Despite catering for a large number of people, the team ensured that all dishes were consistently replenished without any delays. The flow was smooth, and no guest was left waiting or without options. Everything tasted fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with great care and attention to detail. Overall, Platter House delivered an outstanding catering experience from start to finish. Their professionalism, quality of food, and attention to service were second to none. We had our newborn celebration at Platter House with around 30 guests, and it was an amazing experience. The food was very authentic Indian cuisine, especially the Hyderabadi biryani which was absolutely delicious and full of real spice and flavor. What impressed us most was that they added extra vegetarian dishes in the same buffet price without compromising on quality or quantity. Every dish tasted fresh and had a homemade curry flavor. The starters were super tasty and everyone enjoyed them. They also provided a big beautiful hall with a dance stage and powerful speakers, which made our celebration even more special. The staff were very humble, friendly, and helpful throughout the event. The buffet setup was excellent with proper Indian taste in every item. Quality and quantity were both outstanding. I had a fantastic buffet dining experience at “Platter House” in Manchester at affordable price. The moment I walked in with my family, the interior design caught my eye - stylish, welcoming, and perfectly complemented by comfortable seating. The food was the real highlight for me, every dish tasted amazing, incredibly fresh, and full of flavour. You can tell they put real care into what they serve. What truly made my visit special was the outstanding customer service. Bilal went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his friendly approach made the whole experience even better. I’m definitely looking forward to going back.
