Asked the lady sweeping up for a salad box, no hand washing in between that and serving me....then proceeded to pick up my lettuce with bare hands and long fingernails . Wont be asking for a salad again, such a shame as this is the second time I've seen questionable hygiene here but hoped was a one off. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered a delivery but mistakenly requested a collection on the app. They called me to see if I still wanted the food as they were closing and didn't have a driver available. Because I was working it was difficult for me to get there but they were brilliant and went out of their way to drop it off. Their food is always freshly prepared and very tasty, the menu is ridiculously extensive and full of variety. Platters is a delightful gem in this town of ours and highly recommended. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
