Paid for multiple laser tag games for the kids, just for them to be frustrated because the sensors were broken and useless.
Paid for tokens for the kids, just for many of the games to be broken or not plugged in.
Tried to buy beverages, but the single employee working was spread too thin trying to take care of multiple families.
Children were allowed in the bounce area without socks, so after paying for our daughter to play in that area and seeing bare feet all around ????, we took her out of there.
Just an all around unpleasant experience.
