El joven que me atendió fue muy grosero , tenía una mala actitud, le dije que no quería banana y le puso banana se lo devolví y lo aventó de manera grosera a la basura y me puso mala cara , deberían tratar mejor a los clientes , exigí que me devolvieran mi dinero

If I could give 0 stars I would. First time this weekend, I couldn't order online after 7:30 so the second day I went in person and they said I couldn't order in person after 7:30 even though they close at 8. The third day I ordered BEFORE 7:30, not only did they take the payment out of my credit card and the receipt, but I also received both emails saying that my order was placed and then one saying that it was ready to pickup. When someone arrived to pick up the order, the staff who were not doing anything that can be described as work by the way, said that the order was never closed and therefore they couldn't make it. I spoke to them on the phone and they said there was nothing they could do since the order was never paid for, even though I have the receipts. I went in to speak to them personally since they wouldn't explain it to my mom or my aunt who went to pick them up. They told me that there was nothing they could do and that the money would be refunded eventually. They NEVER once offered to make the bowls even if I had to once AGAIN pay for them. I spoke to the staff AND the manager but they never showed me how the order was "not complete" since they said that they ERASED it from their system. This is NOT the first time something has happened, the last time I ordered I only received 4 out of my 5 bowls, they said they would reach out to offer a solution, never heard from the staff, manager, or anyone else once. While I was in there they told two other people that since they were closed they didn't have the orders ready, in fact that they never made them even though they had receipts too. Overall, the WORST Playa Bowls location in NJ, I have been to others who actually have great bowls, friendly AND hardworking staff that try to make sure you are happy with their service and don't say they close at 8 but actually stop taking orders at 7 or simply cancel orders themselves.
