very disappointed, despite the nice environment. opens at 11.00, while most open at 10.00. we paid 210 eur for the deckchairs and umbrellas for 5 people, so a nice price. At 3.00pm we were advised that we would be away for a couple of hours. my 15 year old daughter warned us that I insisted to her that we had to pay in an insistent and rude way. as if we were beggars who didn't want to pay. on our return we wanted to spend the last hour relaxing on the beach since they already closed at 6pm. at 5.30pm they had already started to put away the mattresses and made a mountain in front of us, so much so that we could no longer see the sea. we complained to the manager who was even more rude than the other. she didn't even bother to apologize. don't go there. it doesn't deserve the quality/price!!! This was our 2nd visit to Playamigos. It's a great beach restaurant with a chilled vibe. More locals than most on Pampelonne. Of course its not cheap, why should it be! The setting and location is beautiful. We had an excellent band playing great tunes on Sunday. The food is extremely tasty and varied and the service very friendly and professional. Try getting a drink on the beach though! No chance! The beach staff have mastered the art of ignoring everyone which is pretty rubbish when you're paying €30 each for a mattress. You need to sort that out Playamigos otherwise excellent.
