I recently visited Playdium and genuinely had a really good experience. The atmosphere was fun, energetic, and the overall environment was enjoyable from the moment we arrived. Everything felt well managed, and the staff treated us kindly throughout our visit. One staff who truly stood out was Nethmini I guess. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and respectful towards us, and her positive attitude made our experience even better. Small gestures and good customer service like that really make a difference, and she definitely deserves appreciation for the way she treated customers. After my visit I happened to look at some of the Google reviews and was honestly surprised by some of the negative comments. Maybe some people had different experiences, and everyone is entitled to their opinion but personally our experience was completely different. Not everyone is treated the same way everywhere but during our visit we felt welcomed respected and had a genuinely good time. For me Playdium was a memorable and enjoyable place to spend time with friends and I’d definitely visit again.

A great place to enjoy and have fun. I spent around 2000 per person for bowling. About 10 people can play at the same time in one lane, but the seating space for large groups is somewhat limited. Bowling is the most expensive activity here, while the other games and activities are cheaper. Prices are lower if you play on weekdays between around 10 AM and 2 PM. During rush hours, the prices are higher. I really like this place and would definitely recommend it.

I recently visited Playdium and had an amazing experience. The overall atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, but what really stood out to me was the VR section — it was incredibly fun and immersive. I’d also like to appreciate two of the staff members (a girl and a boy) who assisted us during our visit. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Their positive attitude and great service truly made our experience even better. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend Playdium to anyone looking for a fun and memorable outing. Looking forward to visiting again!
