Came here for a drink after a walk around the village. Far friendlier service than the other pub in the village, where we were practically ignored whilst waiting to get served. Popular with locals and has lovely historical photos in the bar of the local community. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £1–10

Really enjoyed our visit. The food was fantastic. Spicy salad, fishcakes, pad thai’s spicy and mild and two coconut cream desserts one with banana and one with sticky rice. Great value and super tasty food. Great service too. Will be back soon. Thank you to all the staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: £20–30

If you just want a drink this is a lovely old fashioned pub with good beer. It's not 'just' a food place, which might not be obvious. But... the food is great! What better place to kill time in a heatwave? Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20
