This only pertains to Perkins rd. I frequent po-boy express a lot. The fried chicken po-boy is my favorite. I often go to Florida st. Great service. I went to Perkins rd 11/13/24. I ordered the number 11. It took her at least 30 seconds to even greet me. When I get to the window she’s on her phone with her headphones in. She rung me up for a number 12 which I don’t even eat because I don’t eat sausage. I forgot to get the combo she told me it would be five dollars and some change. I said she could have just offered it to me since I did purchase the sandwich and she tells me. I’m not the manager. She was just very unfriendly. I’m not looking for a handout, but with the nonchalantness she had and just not good customer service I will never visit this location again. Not because of the five dollars. Because I refuse to give my hard earned money to nasty people. Treat people how you want to be treated as I also work in customer service. If you don’t want to work in customer service. DONT. She was white with glasses. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
