I ordered from Uber eat. Plain Fried chicken, Fried chicken with Korean sauce, and Fried tokpokki. The batter was so hard ,too dry, and fell off from the chicken. It didn't look like any Korean chicken that I have had anywhere before but more like Indian fried chicken style. The Korean sauce was too oily. Fried tok were hard and not even really pan fried. I got the order when they were still hot so no excuse if they were turned cold while delivered. I won't order again. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered this of uber and this is not what I thought I got for 60 dollars like the chips and coleslaw are so small in proportion size it’s honestly laughable that they’re even serving that Price per person: $50–60 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This is the second time my order has been ignored and i have been left waiting. I ordered at the self service POS and waited and waited, 15min later a staff member finally appears and walks past through the gas station, he then comes back and looks at me like he is wondering why i am just sitting there, he then says oh are you waiting for an order? He then notices my docket in the printer and rushes to start making my order. If you aren’t going to be monitoring your printer for orders you shouldn’t have a self service POS system Yes the chicken is yum but you shouldn’t be left waiting that long for fast food when there are 0 other customers ahead of you, its terrible service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
