We recently visited **Poke 1800 and Tea** at 3324 NE 8th St in Homestead, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience that left me satisfied but also a bit reflective on value. The food is genuinely delicious and fresh. We ordered a couple of build-your-own poke bowls loaded with high-quality ingredients—perfectly seasoned rice, vibrant veggies, tender proteins like salmon and tuna, and flavorful sauces that tied everything together beautifully. The sushi and the ramen were also a standout, with a rich broth that wasn't overly greasy and perfectly cooked noodles. Their Korean-style wings and gyoza were crispy, savory, and packed with authentic taste. We paired it all with a refreshing Thai iced tea and a boba drink—both were spot-on and hit the spot. What really elevated the visit was the **excellent customer service**. The staff greeted us warmly right away, were super friendly and attentive, and made helpful recommendations without being pushy. Everything came out quickly, and they even checked in to make sure we were happy. The place felt welcoming and clean, with a simple, beautiful environment—minimalist decor, bright and airy, modern Asian-inspired touches that keep it calm and pleasant without any clutter. Parking was a breeze too—plenty of spots right in front, which is always a win in this area. That said, the prices were noticeably on the higher side for the area (poke bowls often hovering around $18–$22, and add-ons or specialty items push it up further); also, the portion sizes also felt a bit small compared to what you'd expect at that price point—the bowls and sushi were nicely presented but left us wishing for just a little more to feel fully satisfied. If the manager could read this review, my humble suggestion would be "PLEASE INCREASE THE PORTION SIZES"...All in all, Poke 1800 and Tea delivers fantastic Korean-inspired and poke dishes in a lovely, low-key setting with top-notch service and easy access. It's definitely worth a visit if you're craving fresh, flavorful Asian eats—just come with a slightly bigger appetite or budget in mind. Solid **4 out of 5 stars** for me! so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I visited this location a few times to get the Milk Teas. The first time the customer service was okay, each time I have visited the service has become worse. Today was the epitome of the worst customer service that a person could receive from a business that I have been a patron of. The male cashier with the black hair and huge head has a disgusting and vile attitude. This has only happened with him. He should not be the face of customer service. I will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
