Ordered on doordash and my bowl was missing over 5 ingredients. I called the store to ask what happened and they insisted my ingredients were in the bowl (they were not). Worker was also extremely rude on the phone. I tried the bowl and it was nasty. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Made a pickup order at 8:20 p.m. and was allowed to place it for pickup. I arrived at 8:40 p.m. with both Google hours and the sign on the door indicating they close at 9:30 pm, yet the store is dark and locked. This is really an unacceptable way to run a business. Price per person: $10–20

I'm very sorry, we sold out of fish yesterday. Unfortunately, our supplier had an accident on the way here today, so we don't have any fish to sell. I went to pick up more supplies today. If you'd like to leave your phone number, I'll give you a free bowl of soup next time you come.
