First of all, thank you for your feedback and for choosing us!We’ve actually noticed this issue ourselves and have considered changing to a different type of bowl. However, after looking at the available options, we still feel that the current one is the most suitable. It’s made from sugarcane , so it’s both environmentally friendly and food-safe.We’ve also considered putting the salad underneath the other ingredients, but we feel that this would make the bowl less convenient to eat. We also find that, especially for proteins such as raw fish, placing them on top of the salad gives a better texture and overall eating experience.That said, if you would prefer to have your salad on the bottom, please just let our staff know when you order next time. They’ll be more than happy to customize your bowl for you! And thank you very much for your advice.
