I’ve had a lot of Poke, and I can confirm, this was AMAZING! We had a Pacific Bowl with sushi rice & spicy mayo & eel sauce on top, and a Volcano Bowl with sushi rice & spicy mayo on top. We will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Called to ask about the roasted potatoes as I didn’t see an option on DoorDash. Was greeted pretty poorly when I called to ask just a simple question. They do not have potatoes fyi lol. Maybe change the main picture on DoorDash to a recipe you guys actually have Service: 2

I’m extremely disappointed to have to write this review. I had made an online order for pick up and due to the clemson game, the roads were blocked and we couldn’t get out there. Later in the evening after the roads were reopened, we called to ask if our order was still there. A girl answered the phone and told us that she had not seen an order for my name and heavily implied it was either stolen or never received in their system. As it was probably 30 minutes before they closed, we decided to wait until the next day to go there and hopefully come to a solution. We arrived there and a man at the counter said that our order was made and had sat out all day yesterday cause no one came to get it. We were told that our order wasn’t even there by a girl the previous day. I’m extremely upset as we did not receive a refund or have our food remade. They didn’t want to remedy the situation for us at all which is extremely disappointing as we were regular, repeat customers on several occasions. There has even been a time where we ordered and the drive was 20 minutes for us but when we got there, there was a woman who said she’d remake our bowls since it had been sitting out “for a while.” We insisted that wasn’t necessary but she showed us so much kindness and I hoped that we would have gotten that when we went in about our problem yesterday. I love to support my local restaurants and establishments but unfortunately, I will not be returning to Poke Star after our last visit. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20
