Wicked dissapointed. In a few words: overpriced for tiny portions, rude/lazy staff. TLDR: They told me they were closed at 9:40pm (they're listed as open until 10pm, and their sign was lit up with "open," as pictured). I genuinely liked this place. I've been coming here for years. I literally ate here on the day of my freshman orientation (fall 2021). I always knew the prices were high, but the convinience won out. They're in a great location to take advantage of broke college students! I can no longer afford to live in the city, so I commute in. It's ~1.5-2 hours each way (75 miles), given weather/traffic. Today, I had my first classes of the summer term. After this term, I'll be finished with my master's degree/Northeastern. So, I drive in, sit through my classes (last one ended a few minutes past 9:30pm), and then pretty much run over to this Poke Station. I walked in ~9:40pm, and I was starving (you'd think more places that choose to be near a college campus would want to stay later open, but this place can't even make it to its scheduled time). Two guys were in there. One says "we're closed." They both just stare at me as if it's weird I walked through the unlocked door during their scheduled hours of operation. And as if all the food wasn't still there, because it's genuinely all pre-made. Like omg. Lazy! And after I went over there, it delayed my drive home by 20 minutes, so I didn't even get back until 11:30pm! If they had just put "closed" online, I would've just saved myself the trouble. But no, they just couldn't last 20 more (or even 5 more lol) minutes. On the bright side, this place will never get another one of my hard-earned dollars again (not that a dollar buys much here, anyway). Here's to hoping a better spot replaces it. Also, can we bring back good customer service, or is that out of style? Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got small ‘make my own poke bowl’ and it taste so good compared to poke chain in downtown Boston (I chose spicy mayo and poke sauce for the sauces). The amount of fish they provide is generous The choices of topping are amazing - I love the sweet onions and mango! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
