I frequent this shop a few times a month and it's been consistently delicious. Their bowls are great, but I also enjoy their a la carte sushi pieces when extra hungry. Best poke in town and it's not close. food is ok but rude and impolite server. No greeting to me but to other customers. Can’t understand what I am saying just because my pronunciation wasn’t correct enough. My whole experience is like I am begging him to do the job for me. No introduction to everything including how many toppings can I choose how many sauce can I choose. Totally ruined my day Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5

We recently organized a small celebration with another couple. They had suggested sushi, to which we agreed, except that the event was at lunchtime on a Sunday, and we didn't realize how hard it would be to find any sushi place in the area open early on a Sunday. Practically the only place we could find was Pokewaves. We were a bit hesitant; it's new and we'd never tried it before. Now we're glad we took a chance. It was outstanding. The person behind the counter (who might have been the owner – I just don't know) offered to combine the multiple orders to make one large plate. It was beautifully done, and tasted great! Definitely coming back here. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
