Of all the Poke Bowl franchises i have been to, this is the worst. Cross contamination especially between proteins, rancid sesame oil, and I'm not 100% sure, but I doubt their rice is kept at a safe temperature. The gal working today at 3 pm needs to slow down and follow the standardized process. She didn't mix my proteins with the sauce causing very uneven flavor and product quality on my bowl, yet the customer behind me she did. I would avoid this location and go Hollister or Morgan Hill if I were you. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

In person this place is amazing, food is fresh, staff is friendly, and they keep it amazingly clean. Ordering for delivery is why the stars are so low. I always order a large bowl in person so it ends up being 2 meals and figured ordering online would give the same results and it didn't. The large bowls are black and well larger than the regular white ones. I had already been charged extra for asking for more crab and avocado which is fine if I had actually gotten it. Essentially I paid twice as much for my normal order and got less than half of it and for it to already be $20 it's not worth it Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Hi Makenize, the large bowls are actually the white bowls, all of the bowls come with one of each of the toppings, except the seaweed salad and the edamame are an extra charge. Unfortunately we do have to charge for requested extra scoops. I'm sorry you felt the portion was smaller with the delivery, we aim to have all the bowls the same size and portion. We hope you'll continue to visit us in person! We do appreciate you continued support of our local business. I hope to see you in the future! - Mark Managing Member
