Food was amazing!!! I loved every bite and enjoyed the flavors so much I polished off my plate before my husband lol. Iam not one to eat sauerkraut but boy oh boy this was delicious! The kielbasa? Hands-down the best I’ve ever had — cooked to perfection, burstingly juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The pierogi? Pan fried pockets of heaven. The pickled veggies? Crisp, fresh, tangy, and just the right balance of flavors — they deserve their own standing ovation. The dessert? We were lucky enough to enjoy the warm bread pudding, totally divine! Prepare to leave stuffed and don’t be ashamed to order round two (we did!). This place is pure joy on a plate. And the service couldn’t have been kinder. Highly recommend!! Kate, We love when customers take the time to review their experience. We raise all the Mangalitsa pork on our farm not far from the truck location! So glad you enjoyed your meal and we hope to see you back sometime! The bread pudding is my personal specialty and my husband does all the cooking. I'm thrilled that you loved it so much. Bread pudding as always been a favorite dessert of mine and I have spent years perfecting it. That Valentine Distilling Bourbon is the secret to that caramel sauce!! The kid who makes it is born and raised right here in Cedar too! Kathleen

We travel to Glen Lake from Gettysburg, PA every year and we always stop at Polish Countryside Kitchen for some awesome food! Love, love, love!!!
