A beautiful restaurant that full deserves its one star Michelin. You don’t have to chose anything except the 5 or 7 course menus, with our without wine pairing. Enjoy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After 5 days traveling in Provence and enjoying excellent food, Restaurant Pollen stood out as our favorite meal. The surprise menu was delicious and the staff were knowledgeable and kind. I hope we come back someday, it is a place to remember.
