I literally live directly behind this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, in the townhouses/condos right behind it — so unfortunately this is the location I end up at the most. And EVERY SINGLE TIME, it’s the SAME problem. No organization. No urgency. No preparation. Y’all get the SAME rushes every day, yet act shocked when it happens. I sat in the drive-thru so long that I was able to place a MOBILE ORDER while already in line… and STILL waited another 15 minutes just to reach the speaker. Then another 5–10 minutes before anyone even answered because they had everybody pulled up. When I finally got to talk to someone, they didn’t hear me. I had to pull to the window just for the employee to ask me AGAIN what I wanted. Mind you — he looked like he had a book bag on like he was ready to clock out and did NOT care. I told him I already had a pickup order. His response? “Well you might as well pull up because it’s gonna be a while.”. So why even offer mobile pickup if nothing is ready and nobody knows what’s going on? I hate coming to this Popeyes, but it’s inconvenient to drive to another one because THIS is the one by my damn house. The service is horrible. HORRIBLE. It’s a shame. My child asks for Popeyes after school sometimes, and every time I try to give this location another chance, it’s the same bullshit. Long waits, confused staff, zero leadership, zero accountability. I’m beyond frustrated at this point. I WILL be contacting corporate because I’m sick of it. I will be annoying. I will send emails. Because there is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence day after day. Hire people with decorum. Train your staff. Get a system. Stop pulling every single car forward with no communication. This location needs serious management intervention ASAP. Also I wrote this in y'all parking lot LITERALLY STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER. PROOFREAD IT AND ALL AND STILL NO FOOD. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
