I have ordered on multiple occasions from this particular restaurant and I have been very pleased with the food and the service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw

I placed an order online 45 minutes prior to making it to the restaurant. I took my time because I know they wouldn’t have my order ready on time because they never do! A manager rudely told me they didn’t see my order in the system and she couldn’t make nothing without seeing it. I showed her the receipt, the app everything. It was the attitude for me, it was unnecessary! If I’m a customer that has now been waiting a hour on something I ordered online which I thought should speed up the process but I was wrong! The side I was up charged for is unavailable at the moment. Like it’s so much wrong!! I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because it’s 6 minutes away but I would drive to CANADA before I ever go back to this Popeyes! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just don’t go here. Understaffed takes longer then 20 minutes to get food no apologies no compensation just bad customer service Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
