Employee refused to make my food that I ordered through the app claiming they don’t sell it. I ordered plain mashed potatoes and she refused to make them. Waited at the drive thru window for 5 minutes and no one came to window. Went inside and she ignored me and got upset when I asked about my order and stated you don’t have an order even though I showed her confirmation. Super unprofessional and rude. And no manager stepped up to correct the behavior. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered online at 6:54... Got there at 7:10... They told me the only classic tenders they had, he wouldn't eat. I said I would wait for new tenders to come up. He didn't really want to but he understood and got a batch in the fryer... At 7:25 I see them fill the basket with the new tenders but I don't see the guy that was filling my order. I instead see a slight small guy filling Mobile and delivery orders. When I saw him filling two orders for other people with the tenders that had just come up, I got his attention. It was now 7:35. He eventually starts my order. Then he's gone for about 5 minutes. Then he comes back and says they're out of Frozen Lemonade. Then he puts two large sweet tea cups in the Carrier with my two plain lemonade explains they ran out of gallon bags. It's now 7:45. I looked in the bags he gave me and there wasn't coleslaw. He told me at 7:50 they were out of coleslaw. He didn't tell me that when he handed me the bags. He asked me, "So did you wantva substitute?" Really? So I figured I better check out the rest of the order. My two thighs looked overcooked and so small I believe they might have been on Ozempic... It was the size of a small wing. After showing it to the manager and the rest of the customers, there was audible murmuring), he gave me two plain thighs because they were out of spicy... Of course its the Spicy Chicken why I chose Popeyes. I finally left at 7:55. That was 45 minutes after I arrived to pick up an online order that was paid for online. I could have gone to the Mentor Popeyes and it would have taken less time...
