The 2 young ladies and one young man working were super welcoming and had incredible customer service. They were fast with my order and efficient. Also, very clean bathroom. 10/10 experience here. I went March 24, 2026 12 PM NOON. So the 3 who were working need to be acknowledged for their amazing service by the manager. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

On March 14th, 2026, I ordered a two piece white meat snack box. My total was $10.76 (which I didn't think was correct) and I was not given a receipt. I didn't open the box until I was on my way home and realized that I received dark meat. So, I called the store and asked to speak with a manager and the man that answered the phone stated that he was the manager. So, I asked him his name and he refused to give it to me. Then, I asked for corporate's number, so he put a lady on the phone and she refused to tell me her name as well as refused to give me the number to file a complaint. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Out of everything! Coleslaw, Mac and cheese, ice, Diet Coke, toilet paper, no carbonation on the soda machine. Floors were greasy. Food was good, it just took forever to get it. Looks like very poor management. Would definitely not come back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
