I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews but my first visit here made me want to. The service was awesome, staff super friendly and the food was hot. I used to get Popeyes often but stopped after a bit because it always tasted old. Not at this location, my experience here was far different from other locations. I’ll be stopping in more often for sure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just went here during lunch. I understand that sometimes places get busy during lunch, therefore I am okay with waiting, what I’m not okay with is the horrible service that I got. What seemed to be the manager was in all gray was rude and aggressive. He asked if I was picking up an order or placing an order. When I said picking up because I technically already placed it at the speaker box, he raised his voice when he was asking for my name and I told him that her didn’t ask for my name. My husband who was on the phone was confused why he was being so aggressive. I understand the frustration of being busy in the restaurant environment but never have I been rude to customers especially to that level. Not only that he messed up a majority of my order. Missed an order of fried pickles, gave me a coke instead of Dr Pepper, forgot all my sauce, and my tenders weren’t spicy either. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
