Unfortunately, my experience at Popeyes was below expectations. The restaurant appears to be understaffed, and the employees seem overwhelmed due to the high workload. The tables were not clean, likely because the staff did not have enough time to keep up with cleaning while handling orders. In addition, the waiting time for orders was much longer than expected. I hope the management considers increasing the number of staff members to improve service speed and maintain better cleanliness. The food is good, but the overall customer experience could be much better. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
