I've stopped at this Popeyes several times while traveling through Redding, and unfortunately I've never had a drive-thru experience where I wasn't asked to pull around and wait for my order. The most recent time, all I ordered was a biscuit and some tenders. There was nobody else in the drive-thru, yet I was still told to pull around to the front and wait. While waiting, I noticed another customer already parked out front who appeared to be waiting on an order as well. I've also had issues with order accuracy. On one visit, my friend ordered a chicken strip box, and the chicken strips we paid for weren't included in the order. Since I was traveling through town, it wasn't practical to return and have it fixed. The inside of the restaurant is generally clean, and the staff have been polite during my visits. However, the exterior of the building looks run down and could use some attention. Fixing up the windows and improving the outside appearance would make the location feel much more inviting. The food itself is usually good, but the service seems consistently slow. I'd rather see improvements in staffing and order speed so customers can get through the drive-thru without being asked to park and wait nearly every time Price per person: $10–20
