Kitchen closes at 8 on Saturday so no food review. Locals and regulars were friendly. My brother and I had a few drinks after a round of golf and would return. Nice country influenced band the night we were there. Sarah (on stage with the band) and Andi (behind the bar) were a hoot! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Was working on the road out front. Called in a pickup order for a burger and fries. Super quick. Great waffle fries. Bacon cheeseburger was incredible. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

This is a wonderful hometown bar and restaurant in Harristown, IL. I had a catfish sandwich with baked beans and applesauce. Excellent. A chicken wrap with waffle fries is delicious too. Kim, the bartender was very nice and helpful. She can tell you all about the bar and the food. Just a sweet and friendly lady. Their cheeseburger is big and tasty. There's also Daily Specials including country fried steak on Fridays. There's pool tables and live music 2-3 nights a week. Plenty of outdoor seating too. Even an area outside that is covered. The locals are friendly as I talked with Wayne and learned about a band that plays on Sunday afternoons. Overall, I highly recommend the old school Pop's Place.
