I visited this restaurant yesterday with a group of friends to celebrate a colleague’s birthday, and it turned out to be such a memorable dining experience. I ordered the seafood risotto and it was honestly the best dish I had that evening. It was incredibly flavourful, rich, and perfectly cooked — every bite was absolutely delicious. Despite it being a busy period during iftar, the staff were very efficient and accommodating. They quickly prepared a table for our group of eight and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Everyone was warm, attentive, and hospitable. They even kindly helped us take a group photo when we were cutting the birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. What truly made the experience special was towards the end of our meal when the owner came out to greet us personally. She took the time to have a heartfelt conversation with us, sharing some of her life stories and offering kind wishes for good health and happiness. She even made the effort to remember all of our names, which made the interaction feel so genuine and personal. It was such a lovely and meaningful way to end the evening. The combination of great food, excellent service, and the owner’s warmth made the entire experience even more memorable. Had dinner at Positano tonight. Family reunion! Couldn’t have picked a better venue to chill and swap stories. The co-owner, Kamilah, was very hospitable, attentive and keen to get feedback to improve their service. We were super pleased overall with the tasty spread that we’d ordered - citrus salmon, seafood aglio olio, lamb shank, seafood risotto, meat lovers pizza and cheesy Cinque Formaggi pizza.
