I was just passing through Oslo and ended up having the best Italian dining experience. This is not just any place — they use refined techniques and the quality of every ingredient is outstanding. The creativity and combination of flavors were extraordinary, resulting in excellent dishes throughout. The place itself was incredible, with high marble ceilings and a blend of classic and modern design. I’m very grateful I ended up here. 10/10. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Rain was falling outside, while on the table sat a pasta dish that was a true culinary masterpiece. This was far from ordinary food — every ingredient was perfectly selected, and the flavors came together in an exceptional and refined composition. From the very first bite, I was transported back to my travels through Italy, where the finest restaurants have a way of turning dinner into an unforgettable experience. The elegance on the plate, the outstanding quality, and the atmosphere made this evening much more than just a meal out. It felt like a true journey to the heart of Italian cuisine. We “accidentally” walked into Posteria l, and clearly the universe knew what it was doing. August was behind the bar, pouring drinks and passion in equal measure. The man doesn’t just recommend drinks, he curates experiences. Every suggestion came with a story, every dish with a masterclass explanation, even without us eating.
