I used to order from here regularly, but recently service has fallen off. I placed an order the other day for five items but only received three of them. When I called in, they said the manager wasn't there and they could refund me the next day, but it's been a couple weeks and it still hasn't happened. Avoid. Price per person: $10–20

I keep trying to give this location another chance and they never cease to disappoint. If I order through the app and arrive to pickup at the time I'm told, I still have to wait upwards of 20 minutes. Twice now I've ordered delivery through the Potbelly app (my office is 5 minutes away) and the food never arrived, which resulted in multiple calls just to get a refund. Today, the delivery ordered was confirmed through the app at 11:03, then I was told that the delivery time was 11:26, then the tracker showed no delivery driver was assigned. At 12:01 my soggy, lukewarm sandwich had finally arrived. At least the cup of soup was hot. Whomever is in charge of how many orders can be placed online really needs to lower the limit, I'd much rather be told upfront that I can't order online instead of having the app make up timelines as it goes. The meat tastes like rubber and the prices are crazy for the low quality. An Arizona ice tea is typically ¢99 but at this spot it's $4.49. The sandwichs have no soul and it feels like old bread and meat filled with chemicals to extend the shelf life. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
