This locaton is typically well staffed and clean. I am a fan of Potbelly so I thought my sandwich was great. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80

We came in 5 minutes before close and the 2 workers, Precious and Esteban, served us with a great attitude! We felt so bad coming in so late but the staff was great and were amazing!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Mia — coming in just before close can be a tricky moment, and it’s great to hear Precious and Esteban still made you feel welcome. We’re glad you enjoyed the warm, positive service at Potbelly, and we hope to see you soon at your neighborhood shop.

I keep coming here thinking things will change because it's right down the street but its getting worse. Always messing up order, never putting on extra ingredients or somehow always forgetting my Cookie or Mac and cheese. Then waited 19 minutes for my meatballs sandwich yesterday because they said they burned the first one Price per person: $20–30
