JUST GO! im in wichita on business, and so happy i found this place! from beginning to end i was so impressed. katie was my bartender and i can't express how great she was, as well as the rest of the staff. the vibe is perfect, you walk in and immediately feel welcomed. they are currently transitioning from there summer cocktail menu to fall, but the blackberry margarita was killer! the menu has so many option, but i picked the surprise me option, and they worked with my allergies and my preferences! i received sautéed veggies, a beautifully cooked chicken breast, and phenomenal home made mash potatoes and gravy. stop in, the prices are great, you won't regret it!

The beer is great. Everything from Walnut Valley has hit the spot. The food here is good, but not great. If you come for the beer and the location than this is your place, I wouldn't come just to eat.

At first I was worried the server was a little miffed with me because I sat my lone self at a large outside table, but I was wrong! Because the next time he came out, we were talking beers and making jokes about the pronunciations in Kansas. I ordered and enjoyed the fish & chips (classic beer battered, crispy on the outside and tender cod on the inside, and the chips were perfect). And I had a locally famous Irish Ale (I forget the name); tasty and refreshing! My favorite part about picking the Pourhouse over the many other breweries and pubs in the area was the service. Corie was my server and he was so sweet and welcoming and even invited me to have a drink with the bartender, Katie, and host, Andrew as it was the end of their night. We had a short and sweet chat and cheers and I went back to my hotel feelin' the love. Thank you, new friends!! See you next time.
