Brilliant portion sizes, choice and price. Good deals for returning customers and students, which is the group they appeal to most. Food was hot, tasty, well packaged and prepared quickly, I waited under ten minutes for a poutine and Mac and Cheese. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £1–10

This was my regular delivery order and so often it has been brilliant but the last delivery was very dissapointing, both the poutines had stale chips in and very little meat in it, it was mainly gravy and wasn't even hot. I couldn't get a refund as had already started eating and uber eats didn't accept the picture. Very suprising that the standards were so low this time, I'm reluctant to buy this again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Thank you for your feedback, Leon. We’re sorry to hear that your recent order didn’t meet the standard you’ve come to expect from us. We use the same measured amount of protein in every Poutine Box to ensure consistency across all orders, but we’re disappointed to hear about your experience with the chips, temperature and overall quality. If you’d like to discuss this further, please email us at poutinebox@gmail.com with the details of your order, and we’ll be happy to look into it with you.

We had a great experience at Poutine Box. The hot dogs were delicious, full of flavour, and perfectly prepared, and the milkshakes were rich, creamy, and absolutely spot on. Everything is halal, which made it even better and very reassuring. The quality of the food, the taste, and the overall experience were excellent. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to highly recommended! if you like fast food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Order type: Delivery Price per person: £50–60
