We were planning an 8th grade end-of-the-year field trip to the zoo this past Thursday, but due to a last-minute air quality alert, we had to cancel the visit. We found out around 5 PM on Wednesday—and immediately started to panic. Then came Kari, the GM at Prairie Lanes, to the rescue! Within just a couple of hours, we had a new field trip fully booked. Kari worked closely with us to set everything up and played a huge role in making sure the day went smoothly. At first, there weren’t enough staff to accommodate our large group, but Kari went above and beyond to find more people to work the next day so our students could be taken care of. The students had an amazing time—enjoying soda, delicious pizza that just kept on coming, the arcade, and unlimited bowling! Everything was run efficiently, the space was welcoming, and the price was very reasonable. We’re so grateful to Kari and the Prairie Lanes team for helping our 8th graders make fun, lasting memories. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
