I called the Farnham Premier Inn at around 23:00pm last week and was immediately impressed by the staff member who answered the phone, HJ He was incredibly polite and professional throughout our conversation. What stood out most was his ability to provide convincing advice on why Premier Inn was the best choice for my stay in the near future His knowledge and friendly manner made me feel confident in my decision. The entire team at Farnham Premier Inn clearly prioritises excellent service, defo a top option for anyone looking for comfort and reliability. I highly recommend giving them a try you won’t be disappointed x Service: 5

6 of us stayed on Saturday 30th May with the meal deal option. We were almost the only people in the restaurant . Ou dining and evening experience was let down by their being no drinks on tap - no beers, shandies or sodas. After a hot day , very disappointing. My annoyance was raised further by completing a whatsapp feedback, to get a reply saying they are not accepting “new” chats! I stay at Premier Inns regularly and am pleased to say this is my first poor experience, which is lucky because they make it impossible to complain. Service: 5

A nice premier inn with clean rooms and a nice breakfast and restaurant area. I wanted to leave a review as all the staff are so lovely and friendly. From the lady at reception to the people serving breakfast, they were all extremely busy but so calm, warm and friendly, such a lovely team and it makes such a difference to the customer experience. Thank you :)
