We stayed here the night before flying from Gatwick. Ideally located approximately 10 minutes drive from Gatwick south terminal and with plenty of onsite parking. On arrival our room only had 1 bath towel which meant an extra trip to reception to resolve. This Premier Inn does not have a lift which was a pain as we were on the first floor which meant dragging our suitcases up the stairs and is something to consider if you have mobility issues. The thermostat in the bedroom was not working. The bathroom was very tired with filthy mouldy mastic and dirty soap dispensers however the shower was excellent with good water pressure. Staff were polite and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to and beyond when we checked out. My wife left 2 quite valuable rings on the bed and called them from France once we realised, thankfully the cleaners had found them and they were kept for our return at reception. A big thanks for that alone but apart from that the service was already good. The only slight downside is the lack of air conditioning and the noise from surrounding properties. Service: 4
