Este hotel es fantástico. Limpio, ordenado, y muy céntrico. No se necesita coche para trasladarse.

Stayed here for one night and overall it was a solid experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, no complaints there. Breakfast was good too, though worth noting it's charged separately from the room rate, so factor that into your budget if you're planning to eat in. A couple of things knocked it down from a 5. There were no toiletries provided, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, so come prepared if you need those. Also the bathroom extractor fan wasn't working, which meant the mirror steamed up completely after every shower and took a while to clear. Small thing, but annoying when you're trying to get ready in the morning. Would still stay again, just wanted to flag these for anyone booking. Service: 4

We were in the area for a wedding and spent a couple of days at this property. We arrived in the morning on a hot day and the check-in process was quite cumbersome. Despite us being the only guests and having paid for an early check in, ,it took over half an hour to get our room keys. The rooms were clean but lacked a safe, refrigerator and iron. We had to request an iron and subsequently received a broken stand with an iron missing a few parts - the excuse given was that several guests had requested for the iron and this was the last piece. The breakfast in the adjoining Beefeater restaurant was fine, the standard “full English’. They did seem to have a staff shortage and the few servers seemed harried and stressed. Overall the stay was okay but certainly felt overpriced for the offering. Service: 4
