Gave this hidden gem a try. This cuisine is popular among Gen Z street food in VN. Came on a Sunday before close and there was a small wait (worth the wait). Ordered Che ba mau, pandan mung bean cake, and banh Tran coun. My honest take is, you get what you pay for. Pretty authentic, likely get most of their supply from Vietnam. Looks family run, but they’re trying. Hope to see them refine the business and franchise out to more locations. There’s definitely a shortage of these paper snack dishes in Toronto. An opportunity waiting to happen.

We decided to give Premium Bánh another chance after our previous experience, but unfortunately it was even worse this time. We ordered through Uber Eats and spent almost $45 on: • 1 Bánh Tráng Cuốn • 1 Bánh Tráng Trộn • 1 Chè Khúc Bạch The only edible item was the bánh tráng trộn. The bánh tráng cuốn was extremely disappointing. The mango inside was soggy, slimy, and tasted far from fresh. After only three bites, we threw it away. In fact, the entire order felt wet and stale. The worst item was the chè khúc bạch. The color had clearly changed, and it tasted sour. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting for days. We are Vietnamese, and we know exactly how chè khúc bạch should look and taste. This was not normal. Please do not serve food that is no longer fresh, especially to customers who are trying to support a Vietnamese business. We can tell when something is off. We do not want another automated apology. This is already our second bad experience, and we are not even mentioning what happened the first time. If you are going to advertise and sell Vietnamese street food, then please do it properly. Freshness is the bare minimum. We are not picky customers. Mistakes happen. But serving food that appears old and spoiled is simply unacceptable.

Hi, Kris Thank you for giving us another chance and we're sorry this experience disappointed you again.Just to clarify, the mango in the bánh tráng cuốn was ripe mango because our supplier currently does not have green mango available, so the texture is softer and wetter than usual.For the chè khúc bạch, it was not spoiled or expired. The slight sour taste comes from the lychee syrup and pickled lychee served with the khúc bạch.We truly appreciate the feedback and will review the preparation and packaging process with our team to improve consistency moving forward.

This place has really delicious Vietnamese snacks that you don't really see often anywhere else. The jerky, crispy rice and frozen yogurt are all great. The mango rice paper rolls were also fantastic.
