Just started my fitness journey and getting hard what to have for lunch first time I been here omg food is amazing I had BBQ chicken slaw and rice absolutely gourgous chicken nice and juicy rice not dry and packed full of flavor I defo found my new place for lunch staff so. Polite even offered to warm it me up but to be honest it was absolutely delicious cold excellent value for money 100% recommend this place for healthy food thanks guys keep prepping that delicious food Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What can I say? Delicious, fresh, home cooked meals all prepped for daily portion control. Healthy and wholesome with no nasty additives or fats. Every meal I have tried has been delicious, so much so that I have gone back and purchased more. The owners are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. These are the first meals I have had where none of them have upset my often delicate stomach. I look forward to eating them each day, instead of dreading it and forcing them down. Great value for money too, especially if you order in advance. I cannot fault Prep’d at all, and wish I had tried their food sooner. I’m getting my protein in, whilst actually enjoying what I put in my mouth!! I also feel full after; no hunger pangs!! Please keep up the great work, and please never close or I will be devastated as they really are that good!! Brilliant! Thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
