Alex was absolutely amazing she set me up with a 7 day simple cleanse. She was very insightful about her juices and if not for the juice I’ll be back for the wonderful customer service Meal type: Other

I am a frequent customer, and I usually visit on Wednesdays or Thursdays; however, lately, they have been closing customer service at 7:30 PM. I live in Delray Beach and make the trip all the way to this location, only to be told that the machines aren't working because they get shut off at 7:30 PM. I find this to be a bit unprofessional—despite the fact that the venue itself is incredible—and they likely need to hire staff who are genuinely invested in providing good customer service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I was a devout Pressed Juicery customer in the SF Bay Area, CA. I've missed their clean products so much and then to my surprise, I saw the signage here locally and raced toward the bright counter! Both of the counter representatives took the time to listen to my nostalgic story but DJ (DeeJay) exceeded my expectations by taking the time to get me reacclimated with the brand in a single visit by: linking/reactivating my 5 year dormat member account which allowed me to get credit for the current purchase right away. DJ made recommendations based on my past favorites yet enhanced it with Pressed Juicery's new offerings. Her kindness was much appreciated as I explained I was attempting to revert back to my former good wellness habits so stumbling over the counter was a such timely blessing! DJ made sure the portion of the blessing that she could control was delivered in excellence! See the attached drooly worthy pic as proof! Thanks DJ!
